We would like to propose to connect a two-room apartment with an attic, to realize a bigger apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and terrace. The two-room apartment consists in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with kitchenette. The attic has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and terrace. What we propose is to connect the 2 living rooms, in order to have a four-room apartment, with a bigger living room, a more spacious kitchen,  2 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a terrace.

Possibility to derive an income from seasonal renting.
